I'm a trained makeup artist (beauty and SFX), so I thought I might be able to give you lovelies a few tips on making dolly faces look... dolly like.

I plan to do a few tutorials in the near future, and I was wondering if anyone had anything specifically they'd like to see?

My plans were:
A Porcelian doll makeup
A Rag doll makeup
A Barbie Makeup
An Evil Porcelain Doll makeup
How to do a proper mime style white base.
A Geisha makeup

I wouldn't reccomend you guys try to do prosthetics and such as you can really hurt somebody with the chemicals involved in that stuff.

I was going to do a Barbie one, (I finally mastered it a few days ago), but you'd probably do a better job as I lack training as a make up artist. Some hints on Geisha make up would be cool!

Geisha makeup isn't too hard to do... the real trick there is getting your white base even, the trick to that is a good latex sponge (Not the crappy kind from sally beauty, the one's I use are makeup designory and are awesome) and stippling (patting/daubing it on rather than stroking it on) that and a good powder puff (a brush just won't do for this)

^_^ make sure you have a good loose powder too.. because it's going to be a heavy heavy coat of makeup which is usually kind of a bitch to set (but looks great once you do

Tutorials of the kind you mention would be a very valuable contribution to the forum, and much appreciated by dolls and owners alike, I would imagine.
